Manufacturing Supervisor URGENT HIRE

We are looking for a production supervisor with experience in a factory setting working with small and medium-sized teams. Someone who can lead a small team of factory workers to build products to the highest quality and also roll up their sleeves to work alongside.

Requirements: 
  • Supervisor/Management Experience over production/manufacturing teams.
  • Manufacture of products to the highest quality standards (it could be from leading a production team at a chocolate factory to a production line at a metal fabricator).
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English (Speak, read, write).
Additional Skills/Experience:
  • Sewing/garment production experience is a plus
  • Laser, CNC
  • Materials Ordering
  • Inventory
