PRODUCTION SEWING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Flex.
- Payment per piece.
- Work from home.
- Industrial sewing machine provided if you don't have one of your own.
- Independent Contractor (1099 or W9 Business-to-Business option)
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Able to assemble different types of textile materials into a finished product using industrial single-needle sewing machines.
- Meet deadlines, be punctual to deliver and pick up orders, provide perfect quality.
- Maintains quality control and takes appropriate steps to maintain accuracy.
- Able to identify sewing machine components and operation and perform basic daily maintenance.
- Inspection of products for defects.
- Knowledge of materials.
Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a big plus if you have them):
- Pattern Creation.
- Experience in sewing tactical gear and leather products.
- Speak, read, and write in Spanish.
- Sew medium to heavy weight nylon products.
- Advanced programming and troubleshooting of industrial sewing machines.
- Make patterns/design on paper and/or CAD.
- Military Veteran, Law Enforcement, and/or First Responder.
- Firearms, MILSIM, Airsoft, MILSIM Paintball, Simunition, UTM
