We’re seeking a sharp, dependable self-starter to join us as an Office Assistant, helping anticipate the owner’s needs and keeping his desk organized and schedule running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the owner’s desk organized—scanning, filing, managing schedules.
- Coordinate team interactions and run errands when needed.
- Stay fully engaged—when free, you’ll find the next task.
- Handle confidential info under a strict NDA.
- Work with Google Workspace, Outlook, spreadsheets, and be comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT or Gemini) to boost productivity.
