Position Summary
AXL Advanced is looking for dependable, hard-working team members who are ready to get hands-on and grow with a fast-paced manufacturing company.

This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who take pride in their work, stay focused, and can operate with minimal supervision.

You’ll start working in “the pit” — our production floor — where we cut, assemble, sew, and pack the products that define AXL. It’s fast-paced, physical work that requires precision, consistency, and attention to detail.

From there, motivated team members can grow into specialized roles across production, product development, operations, customer support, and management.

This is not a desk job — it’s hands-on work with real opportunity for growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Work in production, laser cutting, sewing, and shipping to understand AXL’s gear from the inside out
  • Assist with assembly, inspection, and packing of tactical nylon products
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals
  • Learn and grow in a high-performance environment surrounded by people who share your passion
  • Contribute feedback on gear designs, features, and functionality — your opinions matter here

Qualifications
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hands-on work is a plus (not required)
  • Interest in hands-on production work (laser cutting, sewing, assembly, or shipping)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
  • Team-player mindset and willingness to learn new skills
